At Karen Kane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box or mailer is properly sealed for transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
